The Datasensing FARW/BP-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring an axial BGS with an adjustable sensing range of 35-300 mm, these sensors are equipped with a PNP NO+NC output and a robust M12 metal connector. The complete range of M18 sensors operates on a 10...30 Vdc power supply, offering both axial and radial optics with a flat surface for versatile applications.
These sensors are ideal for detecting transparent objects, thanks to their retro-reflective models with red emission and IP67 protection degree. Available in metallic or plastic housing, they provide sensitivity adjustment for all models, ensuring optimal performance in various environments. The sensors are fully protected against any type of electric damages and are CE and cULus listed for quality assurance.
Key features include a nominal sensing distance of 350mm, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors have a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 35mm and operate on the principle of background suppression. They are designed with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and have a switching frequency of 1Khz with a response time of 500µs.
The sensors are equipped with short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and are resistant to external light interference up to 5000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). With a compact design of M18 x 1 /L =79,4mm and a weight of 100g, they are easy to install and maintain. The housing is made of nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, and the active head material is PMMA, ensuring durability and longevity.
