Datasensing PFK1/AP-2HAN Sensors

The Datasensing PFK1/AP-2HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for demanding industrial environments. Featuring an M18 unshielded standard design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 6.48mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable proximity detection with a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. Constructed with robust AISI316L stainless steel housing and an active head made of PPS, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, including operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity in various applications. The PFK1/AP-2HAN Sensors are certified with CE, cULus, and ECOLAB DIVERSEY approvals, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. With a mechanical protection rating of IP67, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for use in challenging environments.
