The Datasensing PFK1/BN-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 standard flush mount with a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0
4.05mm. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, these sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator and offer IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensors are capable of handling a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes.
With a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10...30Vdc, these sensors provide efficient and accurate proximity detection. They feature both NO and NC output functions with NPN output type, and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and are approved by CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY.
The PFK1/BN-1H Sensors come with an M12 plug connection and include two M18x1 nuts for easy installation. With a weight of 55g and dimensions of M18 x 1 / L = 63.1mm, these sensors are compact yet powerful, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for environments requiring explosion protection.
