The Datasensing PFK1/BP-2H26 Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity sensing with an increased temperature range. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, these sensors offer exceptional durability and resistance to harsh environments. They feature a comprehensive protection system, including IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, ensuring reliable operation even in the most demanding conditions. The sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with ATEX category 3 models available upon request for explosive atmospheres. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise detection tasks. They are equipped with a PNP output type and offer both NO and NC output functions, with a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 2V at 200mA. The PFK1/BP-2H26 Sensors are engineered with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are unshielded for easy mounting and come with an M12 plug connection. The active head is made from PPS material, and the sensors can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +110°C. They are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. Additionally, the sensors come with two M18x1 nuts for secure installation.
