Datasensing PK3/00-2H Sensors

The Datasensing PK3/00-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 unshielded connection with an M12 plug, these sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard, long-distance, and DECOUT® output options. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with models that have 4 wires and offer complementary output (NO+NC) for versatile use. For environments requiring enhanced protection, special models with double enclosure immersion proof (IP68) are available, and ATEX models, category 3, can be requested for hazardous areas. The sensors are constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The PK3/00-2H Sensors feature a switching frequency of 300Hz, an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, and a load current capacity of up to 100mA. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. With a mechanical protection rating of IP67 and compliance with CE and EMC standards, these sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations, making them a reliable choice for demanding industrial environments. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, they are easy to install and maintain.
