The Datasensing PKS/0P-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 unshielded inductive sensor with a PNP connection and M12 plug cable exit. These sensors boast an innovative double enclosure housing, making them resistant to cutting oils and immersion-proof with IP67/68 sealing. They offer high-frequency switching and a complementary output of NO+NC. The sensors are equipped with a visible LED indicator for easy status monitoring and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They are compatible with standard targets of 24x24mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They operate at a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc.
The sensors are constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PSU active head material, ensuring robustness and reliability. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and come with CE approvals and EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards. Additionally, they are supplied with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting.
