The Datasensing PKW/0P-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an innovative double enclosure housing that ensures resistance to cutting oils and immersion proof sealing with IP67/68 protection. These sensors are ideal for machine tool applications, offering high frequency switching and a complementary output (NO+NC) with an M12 plug cable exit. The sensors are available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request. A wide-angle visible LED indicator provides clear status updates, while complete protection against electrical damages ensures reliable performance. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are compatible with a standard target of 24x24mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They offer a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they have a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring robust operation.
