The Datasensing QMI7/0N-0A Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection tasks. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 400mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. The sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection for short, medium, and long distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression options. Equipped with a 2m PVC cable, the QMI7/0N-0A Sensors provide selectable LO/DO output states and are completely filled with resin for enhanced protection against electrical damages. They boast a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle for medium distances up to 600mm. These sensors are designed with a radial 90° optic position and feature an NPN L/D selectable output type. They have a fast response time of 250µs and operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC. The sensors consume a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and support a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ?10?A. The output voltage drop is ?2V@Iload=100mA, and they can handle a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The QMI7/0N-0A Sensors are equipped with yellow and green LED indicators for status output and stability, respectively.
