Datasensing QMRHD/0N-0AVE80 Sensors

The Datasensing QMRHD/0N-0AVE80 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensor operates on the emitter and receiver principle with a radial 90° optic position. The output type is NPN L/D selectable, providing flexibility in various applications. With a high switching frequency of 2kHz and a rapid response time of 250µs, these sensors ensure quick and accurate detection. They operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2V@Iload=100mA, and the sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output (yellow) and stability (green). Built for durability, the sensors feature a PA66 housing material and a PMMA active head material, offering mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. They are designed to withstand storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C and operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, without freezing.
