Datasensing QMRHD/0P-0AVF80 Sensors

The Datasensing QMRHD/0P-0AVF80 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on the emitter and receiver principle with a radial 90° optic position. The output type is PNP with L/D selectable functionality, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz and a response time of 250µs. Operating within a voltage range of 10…30VDC, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ?10?A and an output voltage drop of ?2V at Iload=100mA. They are equipped with LED indicators for status output (yellow) and stability (green), and feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensors are designed to withstand interference from external light up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight), and include impulsive overvoltage protection. Constructed with a durable PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are built to endure harsh conditions with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. They are compatible with EMC standard EN 60947-5-2 and can withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The sensors come with a 200mm PVC cable and an M8 plug 3pin connection, and are approved with CE certification. With dimensions of 31.2x21x13mm, they operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and can be stored in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
