The Datasensing QMRHD/0P-0FPT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on the principle of an emitter and receiver. They are equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type and function, allowing for versatile application. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 2kHz and a rapid response time of 250µs, ensuring quick and accurate detection. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ?45mA and can handle a load current of up to 100mA. They feature a low leakage current of ?10?A and an output voltage drop of ?2V at a load of 100mA. The sensors are designed to withstand a maximum ripple content of ?10% and are equipped with LED indicators for status output (yellow) and stability (green). Built with durability in mind, the sensors offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The housing is made from robust PA66 material, with an active head crafted from PMMA, ensuring mechanical protection rated at IP67. The sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations, compliant with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
