The Datasensing QMRS/0N-0A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 200mm, these sensors utilize a background suppression function principle to ensure accurate detection. With a repeat accuracy of 5% and a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer, they offer flexibility and precision in performance. The sensors operate with an NPN L/D selectable output type and have a switching frequency of 1kHz, ensuring rapid response times of just 500µs.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the sensors are housed in durable PA66 material with an IP67 mechanical protection rating, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring longevity and reliability. The sensors can operate within a wide voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA.
The compact cubic design, with dimensions of 31.2x21x13mm, allows for easy integration into various setups. The optic position is radial at 90°, and the active head is made from PMMA material. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output, providing clear visual feedback. They are capable of withstanding storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C and operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, without freezing.
Approved by CE and cULus, and compliant with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, these sensors are designed to meet rigorous industrial standards.
