The Datasensing QMRS/0P-0APT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer background suppression with an adjustable sensing distance of up to 200mm. The PNP L/D selectable output is facilitated through a 2m PVC cable, ensuring flexibility in installation. With a repeat accuracy of 5% and a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high precision. The optic position is set at a radial 90°, and the sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for status output. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, they provide robust performance with a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and safety. Constructed with a PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, they are designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating.
