Datasensing QXX/00-2A Sensors

The Datasensing QXX/00-2A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring both axial and right angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LED indicators for threshold and signal margin, ensuring optimal performance. The visible red light is available in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, allowing for long-distance detection with a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and NPN-PNP selectable output, these sensors offer high output current exceeding 300 mA. The QXX/00-2A Sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters and repeat accuracy of ? 5%, with sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer. The emitter function principle and radial 90° optic position enhance their versatility. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20 mA and an output voltage drop of ?1.2V at a load current of 100 mA. They are designed to withstand interference from external light sources up to 10,000 lux and have a time delay before availability of ?200 ms. Constructed with a durable ABS housing and acrylic active head material, the sensors are compact with dimensions of 15x23x40 mm and weigh just 70 grams. They are equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy connectivity and are protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity. The sensors are CE approved, EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection with an IP65 rating.
