The Datasensing AT6/BN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M30 shielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output functions with an NPN output type. They are equipped with a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, and are available with cable, M12, and plug cable exits. The sensors support models with 2, 3, and 4 wires, and ATEX models, category 3, can be requested for specialized applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.41), aluminium (0.47), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.84). The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. The AT6/BN-1H Sensors operate at a switching frequency of 200Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and can handle a load current of up to 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are robust and durable. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. They come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 50Nm. The sensors are also compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility and meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively.
