Datasensing AT6/BP-1H Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/BP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M30 shielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, ensuring versatile operation. With a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AT6/BP-1H sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 degree of protection. They are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are designed to handle shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The AT6/BP-1H sensors come with an M12 plug connection for easy integration and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, these sensors are perfect for high-speed applications. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request, making them suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
