The Datasensing QMIG/0N-0A Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. These sensors offer a long sensing distance and a 2 kHz switching frequency, making them ideal for various industrial environments. They feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment and are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection with short, medium, and long sensing distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression options. The sensors come with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. Users can select the LO/DO output state to suit their specific needs. The sensors are completely filled with resin, except for the background suppression models, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 1 meter, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the minimum sensing distance (blind zone) is 0.05 meters. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with LED infrared emission at 850nm and can withstand interference from external light up to 3000 lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000 lux (sunlight). They have a compact design with dimensions of 31.2x21x13mm and a weight of 52g. The housing is made of durable PA66 material, and the active head is constructed from PMMA. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards.
