The Datasensing AD1/AN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors measure just M5 x 30 mm with a cable or 38 mm with a plug, making them ideal for tight spaces. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensors feature a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water. The nominal sensing distance is 0.8mm, with an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, and they are optimized for a standard target size of 5x5mm FE360. The sensors also account for material correction factors, ensuring accurate readings across different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
With a high switching frequency of 5kHz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors provide reliable performance in dynamic applications. They are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and come with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure mounting. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
