The Datasensing AT1/CN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection in various industrial applications. The M30 standard flush mount design ensures easy installation, while the shielded construction provides complete protection against electrical damages. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with outputs available in cable, M12, and plug cable exit configurations. The AT1/CN-1H models come with 2, 3, and 4 wire options, and ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors feature a complementary output (NO + NC) and are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. Engineered for durability, the sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust performance in harsh environments. They operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection rated at IP67. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, these sensors deliver reliable performance with minimal thermal drift and repeat accuracy of less than 5%. The sensors are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
