The Datasensing MSC/00-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for reliable and precise detection. Featuring a retroreflective function with a nominal sensing distance of 4.5 meters, these sensors are equipped with a robust metal housing and a 2-meter axial cable for easy installation. The MSC/00-1A offers a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to various industrial applications.
These sensors boast a high sensing range in through-beam models and utilize red visible polarized light in retro-reflective models for enhanced accuracy. The right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide versatile solutions for complex environments. All through-beam models come with a check function and complete protection against electrical damage, ensuring reliable performance.
With a repeat accuracy of 5% and a thermal drift of ?10% Sr, the MSC/00-1A ensures consistent operation. The sensor features a selectable output type (Decout NPN/PNP) and output function (NO/NC), with a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, it maintains a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA, with minimal leakage current and output voltage drop.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the MSC/00-1A is housed in nickel-plated brass with a PMMA active head material, offering IP67 mechanical protection. It operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and is resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The sensor is CE and cURus approved, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards.
